Hi

I have made a hash of my block page drive refurb. Spent all summer preparing it and unfortunately cocked the final stage up. It seems I must have had too much sand in the joints, and then when I have applied the resiblock used a long pile roller. This has ‘pulled’ sand out of the joints and solidified on top of the pavers. When I try to scrape it off it seems to scratch the pavers. Hot water seems to help the situation but leaves a residue afterward. I am looking for some advice on how to fix it, had thought of hiring a steam pressure washer but not sure if it would be a waste of money. Thanks for your expertise

The product you need is the AS-10 from here
http://paramose.com/paramosepaintstr.html

Heat as in a hot pressure washer will help this along, you'll need something like a Doff or Torik stone cleaning machines.

But do remember that you will with the AS-10 most probably remove some of the sand in the joins, so will have to re-sand.
It'll be messy.
