I’m laying the base in preparation for a 1m wide block paving path around a large hexagonal summer house – the path follows the shape of the building, ie six straight sides each at an angle of 120 degrees. The pattern is not important but I prefer basket weave.
How are the blocks joined at the angles? Is there a method other than a straight cut at each angle?
I can’t find a suitable photo on google images so a link to an illustration would help.
Thanks in advance.

Use a mitred line at each vertex of the hexagon.

It's trickier to cut but it looks so much better.

No illustration to hand, but I can create one as a design commission......
