Im just in the process of having a large block pave drive laid and have noticed that the courses of block seem to curve at either end although I thought the courses would be straight.nobody seems to know why.any advice please

The person laying the paving has not used a straight edge at either end of the course of blocks hence the curve, the only way forward is to lift the paving in the areas what are not straight and to relay lay it

I'm guessing that your driveway is getting wider at the point where it starts to curve. This tends to happen as the blocks are being laid as they have nothing to lead off at the extents of the course. Should check every third course or so to keep things in line.
