New bitmac turned brown

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

Hi Gents,
Has anyone any experience of fresh Bitmac turning brown?. I have a few driveways I subbed at the tail end of autumn that have gone almost entirely brown. The contractor says it's a spore that does it and it wears off but the clients are understandably having canaries about it. The contractor has done at least 20 drives for me and it's happened to a lot of his bitmac from that period. I have no issues with his workmanship, I just need it fixed asap. Would a light hypochlorite wash lift it?
Cheers

No be careful with hypo on tarmac as this is one of the things that can turn it brown, seems to pull the blackness out of tarmac for some reason. Never really seen any Spores that turn it brown, you could try a hot wash on it to see if it goes.

Sounds like an aggregate problem, I've noticed a few of my driveways had a brownish tint to them too.

Photo would help.
