During a dry spell in February, I applied Armillotox to my paving as I have done this past few years. It has left white stains which I've tried to remove by scrubbing with both soapy water and water alone to no effect. Any ideas, thanks.

I didn't know you could still get Armillotox. It was supposedly banned a few years back, but it seems it's been 're-formulated'.
I'm not sure why it would promote white stains, unless it's initiated a bout of efflorescence. Is the stain powdery in appearance?
As LLL says, I'd strongly suspect it's a temporary phenomenon, so give it a couple of months to see if it weathers out.
