Hello

I,m looking to construct a short length of block paved drive and have the following design queries:-

1. Is a block paved road ever constructed with a camber rather than cross fall or is camber generally avoided for block paving?
2. If gullies are required is 200 metres squared per gully acceptable?

Many thanks for your help

generally block paving would be constructed with a fall or cross fall
cambers are more use on rigid pavements I.E> setts or cobbles

its not the gully that matters its the size of the soakaway
also depends on your ground type and average rainfall

for an average 45m2 drive a metre cubed is adequate in most areas
unless you are on shingle you would need 4 times this
