Dried concrete on my block driveway - How do i clean it off?

Can anyone help please, I have got concrete staining on my block driveway. What is the easiest way of cleaning it up please?

hydrochloric acid will work but may fade the blocks

if its not that bad and only a few blocks are affected, time and weather etc will deal with it.

Thanks I've seem some Cementone Block Patio cleaner in B and Q, think I might give that a shot, but I like the no cost idea of turning the block upside down

if they are standard block paving , turning them over will look rubbish as there is no beval edge, will stand out a mile,
why not just buy a few new blocks and replace them? Â£10 for a m2 to buy MSH
