Need a new driveway - birmingham area

Hello,

I need a new driveway laying in the Birmingham area. I also need the drainage addressing as it is frankly, crap (current soakaway is not draining at all properly, clogged up with the driveway sand no doubt). I would like a suds solution but I suspect the soil is too clay rich, I need a permeability test done.

Anyone in the area?
