I had my driveway laid back in October 2010 and the weather was particularly bad (Wet) since the path has been laid i have noticed that a dip has appeared in the path where i drive the car on and off, the rest of the path is fine could this dip have been caused by the wet sand drying out underneath the blocks resulting in them settling more with the weight of the car driving over them.
My question is can this issue be rectified by lifting the blocks and re screeding and laying them again or will it require more work in the long run.
When the driveway was dug out it was done so to a depth of 250mm then 150mm of MOT crusher was laid and compacted and 40mm sand compacted and screeded before my 60mm thick blocks were laid.

you can repair it but 60% of the time itll happen again. ive seen water supply leaks doing this to one area. first thing to do is turn all your taps off in the house and look at your meter, if its moving a little then there could be a leak. it could also be a soft spot that should have been excavated deeper, if theres no leak i think i would take up a large area around the spot, dig deeper till solid ground and redo.
