Waster pooling and comeing under the door !

I did start another thread about this a few months back but cant find it again

some of you may remeber this

one of my customers had this done by a "builder" basically what was there was tarmac (possibly over concrete) he just built it up from the level of the path with i dont know what and thew some blocks down so now when it rains water pools on it and goes under the door it swells and she cant get out on her mobility scooter anyone got any idears she cant afford to have it all ripped up and done properly though

i was thinking an aco drain accross the door then try to dig down through the old drive and build a soakaway ??
