The thing is gents you are looking at how do the job properly not the spec given by the customer. Quick scrape off with the digger only about 100mm (presume he pays disposal, as it implied he just wants to pay for labour) no subase as he didn't mention that, quick 40mm of sand spread, not whacked as he does mention that, screed off level, spread the blocks, no edging to be concreted in.
take payment and leave before a car is driven on as it won't last.
if asks for pikey job, he gets a pikey job.
do it an unmarked van so your reputation isn't tarnished.
