Hello, I'm hoping someone can help 
We already have a concrete hard standing area, but now I want to pave over more of the front garden too.
We live in housing association property, so need written permission. Last time I asked they said "concrete alley" and "no more water to run off' etc. So I got the idea of getting those bricks with holes in that let the grass grow through which I hope would satisfy them. I can't really figure whether they have the same SUDS rule in Wales as in England, whether these blocks would comply or even what they're called, but I've seen them used and they look ok to me.
Can anyone help please? would they be a lot more expensive to use? the area is abt 15 square meters in a 'L' shape.
