Evening
I'm quessing that Lakenham paviours are too fragile to compact with a whacker. Has anyone ever done this or is the best method to lay on a mortar bed & tap down to level.
If they are butt jointed would kiln dried be a suitable method for jointing?

Cheers.

I can't find a link at the moment. They certainly look like a clay brick. I've laid them as edgings before. Colour ranges from dark reddish brown to charcoal (within each brick). They often have small cracks/fissures on the surface. Kent Blaxill sell them.
