I am looking at sealing my drive with Resiblock Superior natural Matt. On the instructions it says that both the paving and the sand in the joints need to be completely dry. With the weather we have been having it looks unlikely I am ever going to get the suitable dry period to get the sand dry as even after more than week of dry weather the sand is still dampish (I live in scotland). Has anyone experience of using resiblock with damp sand. If I don't do it soon I think I will end up having to wait until next summer !!

Don't even thinck off putting resiblock on damp sand, it will turn white mess,resiblock is a very hard product to use well,once on it wont come off till it wears off,personally it would be the last sealer i would use, look for a zylene based product if you are set on doing it as it can be recoated and redone,why do you what to seal it? MSH

My drive is quite steep and whenever it rains hard (which seems quite often) the sand washes out.
