Hi...
New block paving looks great....unfortunately the decorators van was parked on it and I saw a patch underneath it. Told him and he said the radiator was leaking water...
Once he left, few ours later I checke dto see if the water had dried up and it turns out to be oil....
the paving hasn't been sealed yet and I need to know how I can remove these marks.
thanks for any advice

wipe all excess oil up and rub neat fairy liquid in to it leave for a few days wash off and the soap will have lifted it ???

great....thanks for your help....will try the fairy liquid tomorrow and fingers crossed it will work.
Unfortunately it's right outside the front door, so is noticeable...if it was near to the edge it wouldn't really mater.
Thanks again...

As LL has said, if the drive is new, it will be better to smash out/lift the affected blocks and replace them......
I wish the same could be said for the oil spots on my red tarmac drive!

Dave's right - when all our things are new, we're so careful & precious - vis a vis LLL and the glass of milk - but slowly we don't care - imperceptible movement - when did I stop caring about the odd scratch or dent on me lovely old Patrol? Imperceptible
ps - had the thing since it was 3 mths old (1987)
