Cost of kit + cost of labour + transport + disposables + business overheads + profit all divided by total area to be cleaned
Sorry I can't help with actual numbers as I haven't seen the job so don't know what kit would be used.

Kenny,
Couple of questions
What is the surface to be cleaned and how dirty is it?
Good water access or do you need to use a stand-pipe?
Drainage is it good or will you have to vac up any standing water etc.
Are you running a hot or cold machine and what size IE Lts Per Min etc.

Hi
Thanks for the replys guys.
As for your questions roger the area to be cleaned consists of 600 m2 of block paving not to much moss or weeds on it as i think the guy gets it clean yearly, and 100 m2 of tarmac which has a bit of moss on. As for the drainage i think it will be ok. I think i will have to use a stand pipe. I am using a cold machine 200 bar 15ltr a min and i have a hot box for hot water if needed.
Thanks
Kenny

If you want to give me a call tomorrow 27/1/10 after say 14:00 I should have finished cleaning and I'll talk to you about prices.
If you are going to use a stand-pipe, I take it you have a license?
