Hi

My driveway and patio is completely invaded by weeds such that it almost needs mowing! I'm sure I'm not maintaining it sufficiently but I'm at the end of my tether with weed killing, pressure washing and manually removing the weeds, only for them to return with a vengeance a few months later.

I need to get it sealed. This site is great but I've been overwhelmed by all the information and don't know where to start getting a quote. Is it going to cost an arm and a leg and how do I find an approved, properly qualified, non-cowboy contractor?!

Thanks for any advice.

Sarf London.
Not enough information. We need to know how long it's been down, type of finish, photo etc. Could be, if blocks, or flags, they are silted up and need a good clean, or even taking up and relaying.

If it's any use we cover south London, but as said above wrong time of the year for sealing, would have to be April-May 2010.
Feel free to contact me and we can quote on your paving from just cleaning & weed killing to sealing if you really want to go that route.
