I will shortly need to re-sand after pressure washing. The main site advises a 25kg bag will cover 8-15 sq.m.As I am re-jointing after 2 years are these quantities correct? The area is approx. 100sm.Any thoughts on how many bags I might need?
Thanks
paul

Paul,
After pressure washing block paving we work on 1kg per square metre so a 25kg bag should get you 25 sq mts. This is for standard paving not cobbles or tegula etc. So you should only need 4 bags but I would get a 5th bag just to be safe.

The coverage rates quoted on the main website are those for new, unjointed pavements. Pressure washing, unless done with a high degree of perverse determination, will not remove all of the jointing, just enough to bugger-up the pavement, so Roger's empirical figure of 1Kg/m² sounds about right.
