I certainly know they are stronger thclamp bricks - Brick edge for patio and path

My house is built from beautiful but expensive clamp bricks made by Furness Brick, and we have some left over from a recent house extension project. We're currently landscaping our garden and would like to use our leftover clamp bricks as edging for the patio and path. I know standard house bricks arent suitable for paving; but are clamp bricks suitable? and if so how should they be layed? I certainly know they are stronger than most house bricks as we have broken a masonry drill bit trying to install a catflap in the wall!!!

if they are the bricks i am thinking of they will be fine, they are probably harder than a lot of concrete products.
just lay them as you would a clay paver of edging

There's a lot of variation in 'clamp bricks' across the country. Some would be hard-as-iron, but some would be as soft as sh...err..shale and not suitable for paving. I'm not particularly familiar with the brick you mention, but I'd have thought a call to the manufacturer would procure the definitive answer.
