Hi

Can anyone confirm one way or the other as to whether I will need to get planning permission for work already in progress regarding the 1st Oct change in rules. I am slowly working on replacing a concrete pathway of more than 5 sq meters with block paving.

Thanks in advance

Andy

Hi Andy

If you are just replacing an already non permeable path with block Paving then you don't have a problem :)
