Morning

I am wanting to do a 80 m2 drive in a tegula type block.

Marshalls appears quite expensive and I have found a link (through ebay) to the lakeland concrete website.

My question is, what are they like compare to marshalls, and mainly, will I regret not buying the orignal tegula.

Has anyone had any experience in this block maunfacturer.

Also if any other types could be reccomeded that would be great

try tobermore they have a show area in leyland ive been using them for a couple of years and have had no probs. another company is called plaspave both would be worth checking out. hope this helps

Lakeland manufacture to the same British Standard as Marshalls (and Tobermore, Plasmor and the rest) but they are a much smaller company. If you like their products, then that's all that really matters. However, you should be aware that smaller companies may not be able to offer the same level of customer support provided by their larger competitors.

Personally, while I have no problem with the strength and durability of Lakeland blocks, I'm not a fan of their colours, which always seem wishy-washy and prone to premature fading compared to some other manufacturer's products.
