could anyone tell me if it would be ok to lay block paving on a drive way 9.5 metres long and at a 30 degree incline? is there a tendency that the blocks could slip? the blocks would be butting up to my plastic osma drainage channell rather than the house.

A 30° incline should be no problem. You *must* ensure that the lower restraining edge is absolutely rock solid, and there may be a need to use one or two intermediate restraining courses, depending on site conditions and anticipated usage.

Start laying at the lower edge and work uphill, and invest in some joint stabiliser for the KD sand otherwise it will all wash out and end up at the bottom of the drive.
