Clay (terracotta) step blocks - Advice please

Setts and cobbles, tarmac, asphalt, resin systems, concrete whether it's plain, patterned or stencilled, gravels, etc.

I have an Edwardian/Victorian house. The steps leading up to the front door are the old clay blocks, painted red.
9" x 9" x 4 1/2"
I've been told they are known as terracotta step blocks.
Does anyone know where they can be purchased or how I can repair surface damage?
I've taken about 1/4 inch off the top and side of a corner block with my car. In fact I've done similar damge to the other corner block.

I have searched and searched and trawled reclaimation yards but to no avail. They seem to be like chickens teeth to find.

I would really appreciate any help or direction.
This is a great site by the way!
Thank you
