ive been advised to start at the bottom and work upwards. at the bottom my drive is angled. so do i transfer the house line to the bottom of the drive and trim the blocks to suit when i reach the top,or, come off square with the house and work down? setting it out today so would appreciate answer.

This has been covered before and I think the consensus was to keep square with the house.

yes if you measure at 90 degree angles from the house to the edge then string a parallel line to work your first block off
btw i always allow 1005 mm for 5 blocks a 1000 is too tight
