I want to block pave the front of our children's day nursery.
The drive takes a lot of traffic from cars but no HGVs, but perhaps the occasional 3.5t vehicle. Would a construction of

150mm crush and run
50mm sand
50mm blocks

be suitable or if not what would a suitable construction be.

sounds ok, you would probably be better on the safe side by using thicker blocks, as the area is highly used with cars.
