hi there chaps
i had 2.5 packs of block paving delivered and ive had to barrow them to the bottom of my garden in pouring rain,the blocks are now starting to dry and have white staining on them,this wasnt apparent when they were wet.is this normal

that will be efflorescence, its is normal in cement based products due to the chemical reactions that take place. More info Here
