Hi, What a great site! With so many websites out there offering different advice its nice to find one which seems to make sense.
I have old patio block paving slabs and all the pointing has come out. A friend of mine offered to repair it for me and he got as far as buying 5 bags of sharp sand and then pretty much left me to it. Now I don't have a clue so with the help of this site I am hoping I can figure out how to repoint. My main query is what do I do with the sharp sand?
