Anyone heard of or used "Marshall K" paving contractors? If so, any info (good or bad reputation) would be very much appreciated.

P.S.: This company say they're a member of Interlay and Toppave. Is membership of these organisations an indication of a reputable company?

Never heard of 'em. Have you checked with interlay and TopPave? They both publish "Check Our Members" telephone numbers on their websites, and will take vaguely stern action against any shysters misrepresenting themselves.
