I have just taken up approx 3mtr by 2mtr block paving because it was sagging in the middle but fine on the outside. Should i rough all the sand up with some new sand and and make an new flat level or shoud i just screed over the bit that is sagged. My only concern with doing this was if i just put the blocks on the already compacted part when i try to tap them down it will be a hard surface and the block will not bed down down properly. Plus it is not straight it is slopped. how do i make sure that i am laying the blocks straight/slopped As you can tell i have never attemted anything like this before.
