Block paved drive completed on Saturday - already ants making little holes.

Is this normal or shall I get the guy back out to whack sand in again?

Not the guys fault I'm afraid.
You need to zap the little devils with some ant powder.
You could then apply some stabilising fluid to bind the sand and stop them mining into it again.

Ants - arrgh
