which is the best sand for screening for block paving a driveway?should i add some cement to the sand for a better longerlasting base?
Sorry for delayed response - been in Ireland for a few days.
If you read the Laying Block Paving pages, you'll see that a coarse sand is required, often referred to as sharp sand, grit sand or Class M and that NO cememt is ever used in the bedding layer for flexible block pavements.
