HI,
I am thinking of doing a block paved patio. I have looked at the web site but there is one question that I can’t find the answer to. My patio will start hard up to the back of the house and go away from it. How should I start from the house, should I leave a gap or can I put the block hard up to the wall? Thanks

The paving should go tight up against the masonry of the house.
