haha nothing to do with 35 years of back breaking work :;):
its a reality check for me as good as I feel (down to 14 stone now) the reality is I am 50 and need to curb my enthusiasm a little bit,Like a lot of blokes i find it hard to let go of the practical side of things,the consultant has told me 6 weeks with zero strenuous activity, so at least this way I knock the first fortnight off at xmas . are you all good now Sean?

John the rowing certainly didnt help, but if you want to win stuff you have to try hard, the consultant said people get them doing arm wrestling,digging the garden its just a condition that some get and some dont

i got a hernia tripping while carrying a small step ladder and the hedge cutter the blade hit the floor an the handle got me in the groin!
