I cant imagine for 1 minute why there have been technical difficulties for 3 years :laugh:
my own impression last year (courtesy of London Stone) was that of a chemical attack with all the pollen,some beautiful flowers,some paving mainly hidden by said flowers, and a huge amount of vendors trying to sell you stuff with 4-5 zeroes in the price
the gardens seemed poorly signed to me and it was hard to tell what was a garden and what was another sales area.
main thing I guess was it was a good week for it
