Dpc levels - Different dpc

Please can someone help ? I am doing a job where the external dpc is actually lower than the finished floor level by 150mm. Is this ok ?Can I run to old dpc and keep finished floor level 150 mm higher. thanks

almost certainly the old DPC is under the floor joists
I would stick to 150MM below finished floor level
