Just in case you didn't see the newsletter update I sent out.....

A nationally known manufacturer of quality linear channel drainage (and other drainage products) is getting ready to launch a new range for the domestic/residential market. These are Class A channels designed for, say, a driveway threshold, outside a garage door, or on a patio.

Just before they launch, they'd like to test the installation by getting experienced contractors to try them out on a real site.

We're looking for feedback and for some indication of whether they are harder/easier to install, faster or slower, better or worse.

There are two types of channel: a standard depth (130mm-ish) and a shallow option (60mm-ish)

In an ideal world, we could install both on the one job, but if it has to be two jobs, so be it.

The company will supply channels and associated fittings FREE OF CHARGE. This does not include pipework, bends, couplings, ICs, junctions or any other underground pipework but, for the right job, financial compensation may be made.

If this is of any interest to you, can you let me know as soon as humanly possible? We'd like to get this over and done with before Easter so we can put the marketing material out there in time for the Spring madness.

Apologies for bumping this but the contractor I had lined-up to help with this project has had to withdraw due to a family bereavement.

Is there anyone able to help? I just need to be able to say to the manufacturer that we have a job in place and it will be done by such-and-such a date.

Thanks for reading.....

Had a job lined up in Cornwall-shirefor next week but then the homeowner decided to re-arrange the order of installation so that the channels would have needed to be fitted a week earlier than I could get there, so.....I'm back at square one, looking for a suitable job on which we can install a few metres of totally free, top-quality, brand-name linear channel.

I thought I'd be fighting off requests for some free stuff but it seems drainage installation is not a popular topic just at the moment. Typical, innit?
