You'd have done far better to have put that vital information in your initial post.

Colour may be the issue here

I know colour will be a issue i'll just have to try several batches to get it right.I 'am more concerned with the finish that why i was wondering if there is a certain mix for stamped concrete , ie agg size, cemet ratio, sand, water etc

Heres a C35 mix but you must remember to use CEM I 42.5N or CEM I 42.5R, the N stands for normal and the R stands for rapid, do not buy the general-purpose cements CEM II/A.

Mix Details C35 (0.1m3)
CEM I 42.5N - 32KG
AGGREGATE 20mm 4/20 - 100.5KG
SAND 0/4 - 79.5KG
WATER - 13L

as its such a small area i wouldn't bother with AEA but if you did want to i would use 50ml of micro air 119.

What is the issue with CEM II?
