England looked good tonight particularly as playing away to Germany.
Some tough decisions for hodgson, cough-drop Rooney-cough.
Us poor Welsh always seem to end up in the same group in these competitions and looking at this weekends performances I doubt we're going to do what we did in the Rugby world cup.
Be good if both progress to group stages though and good luck to both the Irish teams also.
Lets make it a British Isles Final.

Im guessing you guys are all south of the border.
But there's an old firm game 17 April, cup semi.
As a game of footy it will likely be crap but both sides of the divide are needing they're fix. It is THE greatest derby game in the world, some may say its famed for the wrong reasons but that's what makes it. I have my ticket.
As a sporting experience what's everyone else's highlights?
(I would love to go to Ryder cup in USA).
Cheers

never Kami, all my family up there are complete celtic loons and as much as I love celtic i dont like all the bigoted stuff that can come with it. I have met smashing rangers fans on holiday and celtic fans too,but their brains seem to desert them on old firm days
I watch all the games at the celtic club or one of luton's many irish pubs, and that is enough fun for me

I thought they were going to fall Christmas time, but now I think they're going to do it and good luck to them.
West Ham in all fairness are within touching distance of the 4th spot.
It's this kind of drama that makes the PL the most watched in the world.
As LLL says it relieves the boredom but I do wonder how they will cope with both champ league and prem league.
