Plus having a ticket doesn't mean they can actually do the job there is alot of people with tickets and zero experience the worst thing about these companies is they allow non English people to pass a few years ago we had an agency digger driver he couldn't understand a word of English. I came on site met him he didn't understand a single word so I sent him home he would have been sat in 20t machine on a busy site
