Got a 10 x 1m 2 colour reclaimed quarry tiled path to price with victorian edgings
Running these in on a new concrete base
Whats the best product to use when bedding the tiles
Also will I need a sealer to stop moisture rising

If they are genuine quarry tiles, they don't need a sealant.

You could prime the new base with any available waterproofer, but you could also consider using an exterior grade tile adhesive which has an integral waterproofer.

Traditionally, quarry tiles were laid on simple 3:1 cement mortar, but the modern equivalent would inevitably inviolve SBR as a mortar additive and, quite likely, as a slurry bond

Last time I laid quarry tiles I used exterior grout. An hour after them being laid I was kicking them as hard as I could because customer was a tw*t and telling me they were being laid wrong. They didn't move a mm.
