Up in Crossness the concrete cutting boys cut out a section over an existing culvert. The culvert was 6metres deep and could drive a bus through, it was full bore with raw sewage 24/7. we had to pull a chalk line for starter bars, so i climbed through guard rail and a section just like in the video went from under me, luckily i managed to grab rail. the reason was the structural engineer failed to take in to account the beams, they only went as far as the wall. The reason it never went when they had the floor saw on it was because of the weight of the scaffold on the edge, once it was removed the remaining rip was floating and held together by friction, once one went the other 4 pieces went. Mental ???

More common than you would think. I saw a guy in Brazil doing it, had class soon though so couldn't hang around to watch the outcome, I imagine it was a lot like this.
Got a customer who did that with a tree branch and a chainsaw, lost his leg over it.
