google street view has now gone live across the UK
to use
type your post code or street name in the google search box
click search maps
drag the orange man at the top the the zoom plus/minus onto the red marker and see the detail of your own house or what ever you searched for

i was looking at my grannys house in atlanta last night the whole thing is scary and exciting
I found my pick up in tring so i guess the pictures were taken late 2008

we saw 3 google cars come into a quite cul de sack last July where we was working, the last one we was both followed the camera on top of the car as it was leaving looking like a couple of lemons but as it happens they have used different photos

the possibilities are endless,rather than have to drive to out of the way jobs to look at bricks etc you can just tap in a postcode and look online
also you can give references to people to have a look at previous jobs
the thing is it must have taken them 3 years because my missus shop is on there and that only opened last september

thats not cement,its chalk dust pablo,if you look at picture 18 on my webby you will note that we were digging rock chalk :laugh:

I had to move the pick up due to my friendly over zealous parking wardens
haven't got the foggiest who the bint is in the red car eyeing me up :;):
internet fame at last mick!
c'mon lads there must be more of us caught on camera
or is it all vans in pub car parks?

you can have your house removed suggers,but then it looks like you have something to hide
i read this book at xmas and it is amazing what page and brin are trying to do,in a nutshell collate all the information in the world into 1 resource,and they have the dollar to do it
