We're looking for a new Operations Manager to work from our depot at Langley (SL3). General duties to include overseeing the day to day running of the yard, managing London Stone deliveries, health + safety, incoming container deliveries, staff training and improving the efficiency of our operation where possible.
It's a very demanding role but the right person will get their teeth into it and make it a success.
If you are interested or know anybody who might be, just reply here or send me a PM. Full job ad can be seen here: Operations Manager Job Ad

I am presuming the photos on the web page are the existing staff? Which therefore would include your good self? Due to the fact that I am unlikely to ever get up to visit you, Steve and the rest of the team any chance you could enlighten me as to which photo is yours?

As stated before, I am of course making the rash assumption that they are genuine photos of the team, unlike the large multinational company I work for, who employ models dressed as office works (who coincidently cover ever ethnics and religious minority) when ever they have the need for photos.

I was after a reference for Bec, not Steve. Who I have seen in at least one photo with Mr. Lout himself.

If I can link to it I'll find the selection of photogenic staff we bus in as required.

we as a firm are not photogenic as the xmas party showed :;):
the building game doesnt keep the coupon looking fresh for long

but as I have always said word of mouth is the best advertising and that takes a while to reach the critical mass

I think cellular solutions could be accused of ageism
there isnt one lady there who looks over 40 and not 1 man who looks under 50

I'm the first one on the left, second row. Hate these mugshots with a passion, we all look like criminals lol. Definitely need a professional photographer next time! Steve and Gary from Dry Treat did a talk at last year's Futurescape and had to provide photos for the literature. Happily sent off some pics and then realised when the brochure was produced that everyone else had submitted professional portraits. http://futurescapeevent.com/category/seminars2013/

I would crawl over you to get near any of them dave :;):

on a serious note i would worry about a firm that doesnt employ any older or larger people

it makes me think that the management are employing ladies for this looks rather than their skills/ability
