Retarded idea. Morons can't even sort out the roads we currently have, constant pot holes, constantly being dug up. Got plenty of unused space that isn't trafficked and infinitely more suitable like roofs.
II wouldn't say retarded. I doubt that the government are going to start ripping up and replacing all our roads but smart heated roads that produce power is a great idea.
It's just a shame that it's probably only ever going to be an idea.
