This conman swindled a pensioner out of his entire life savings totalling more than £100,000 - for just jet-washing his drive.
The thief arrived at the elderly man’s home in Leigh, Wigan, and gave his name as ‘Howard’ and claimed to work for ‘Marshalls

the thing is he will only get done for fraud or money laundering and will get 3 years and serve 9 months then 9 months on a tag
I would like fellas like this to be branded with "scum" branded on their foreheads

How the hell did he manage that? If he only gets 3 years then there's something wrong with our justice system.
