Im supposed to be intellegent, just e.mailed mr.McCormack sorry Tony, couldnt get on to this but then had e.mail so I could, usually just read things on it, wanted to ask question so joined forum, Im 59 and just learning e.mail and interweb my daughters said usefull for buisiness daddy, got a tablet. ? ? ? She got few days off hospital gone lake district no phone signal so done this all by my self.Mr.McCormack got my question by e.mail. igot his book can work that!

Client wanting to do stuff themselves is an indicator for me that they are a pain in the ass and if I have plenty of work on I overprice it.
If they insist on pointing it themselves and you need the work then I suggest you have that somewhere in writing along with a disclaimer that you aren't responsible for any f*ck ups.

He a good bloke, just retired and Im general maintenance Im busy but dont mind doing as have and will have more work from it, just couldnt work out from book and site if could leave for them to do, as Im general property maintenence done flags before and concrete etc just he,s treated him self to some slate slabs for bottom of his new orangery (greenhouse but nicer) and as ive said he a nice bloke, ive done slate tile inside before just need some advice.Thanks for repley.
