Should never have been allowed to get into such a state of disrepair in a public situation; the guy did everyone a big favour.

I worked in demolition once, don't no why I have no head for heights, that's why I now lay paving.
It's actually quite difficult to achieve what they did in that video (intentional or not), I've seen far weaker looking walls refuse to drop.

I'd like to see the Method Statement and Risk Assessment for that inspection/make safe job.........
