Hi lads,

Bit of an off topic, but here goes.

Years ago my little sister and some kids had a fallout at school over naff all, as they do. Anyhow ever since the mum of said little shits has had it in for me poor little mother.

What she does is swerve in her car for my mum when shes out driving, scaring my mum and causing her to swerve also. Now mother has a tendancy to over-exaggerate things and amplify situations, so ive always just cast it aside but when i borrowed my mums car this morning, after my fuel pump packed up she swerved for me the bitch, thinking it was my mother!

I stuck me head out the window as you would, and her face dropped, i saw her again later on and tuned her in properly.

Whats going to happen now is this oxygen thief is going to take it out on my mum, so shes bricking it more than she was....she doesn't go out anymore to avoid her, she hurls abuse at her in the local sainsburies, little mother is about 4 foot tall, wouldn't say boo to a goose, is a really good bully victim if ever there was one and ends up bloody crying in the middle of the shop.

Its really bothering me now i know whats been going on.

What would you do?

I guess report her to the old bill. Its harassment, quite severe at that too by the sounds of it!

Using a car as a weapon and the general intimidation would be of interest to the Police

I'd be at the school and make a holy show of her in front of everyone. I'd go see her other half and put the heavy on him and tell him if it doesn't stop then he'll have to suffer the consequences ??? Old bill won't act until there is an crash, or something and then maybe not in your ma's favour. Nip it in the bud. But that's jusy me, same as LLL I expect.

Get a dashboard camera, they cost about £100 then you have proof to take to the police.
If they do bugger all, which they are prone to do, then you have to take it in to your own hands.

As per Sean. Be careful what you do after this. The camera is also a good idea.

Just about to post the same, about £20 from ebay for a cheap one, will capture all of the road head and audio too.

Sillybitch swerves her car in front of your ma while she's out? How would sillybitch feel if a 3CX (other excavators on rubbers are available) was to swerve in front of her the next time she's out? :D

My sympathies to your mum, though I do not know her. I had to put up with a woman of similar demeanor to this oxygen thief, a neighbour who made trouble for me over some imagined slight, for years. The council were too lazy to help, the police no better. I moved in the end, though not because of the neighbour. Before I went I put a notice in my window about how I was moving to a nice place with lovely neighbours. : ]

I think that if you want the police to help you, you need to make it the easiest course for them, because you are making a bloody nuisance of yourself. Write to their chief constable if they don't act promptly.
