I suppose the risk assessment for this one is that if it slips it's more likely he's only going to fall a short distance to the balcony rather than 100's of feet to the ground?

i see this type of thing all the time in budapest
guys hacking off masonry in a bosun's chair 100ft up and no guard underneath,just lumps of stucco falling

had to use the timber in tight manholes for benching as my plates are to big for the 100ml channels :)
