Hi guys. Long time lurker first time poster 
I live in Ruislip, West London and am after an estimate from one of the good guys for a drive or garage floor depending on whats feasible.
I have a brick single attached garage on the side of my bungalow. To the other side of the garage is my next door neighbours boundary formed by a concrete retaining wall. they are 1 metre higher up as the houses are built on the side of a slope.
Between my garage and this boundary is a one metre path up the side of the garage and then an old flower bed that I have mostly dug out by hand. There are 2 small Ash stumps and a few laurels to be dug out.
I want to either create a hard standing or widen my garage to use the space.

As we plan an extension at the back of the house in the future I would also like to run a new soil pipe out to the front of the house with a view to going across to the existing soil manhole. Not sure it can go under a garage floor like this.
Any suggestions on approach and any recommended pros near enough to give me a quote? Dont know if I need a raft to play nicely with the pipework, both new and old. if its not doable as a garage then a hard standing is next best option. Need to get my car onto level ground over winter so i can work on it.
